Pack 71 participates in several fundraising activities throughout the Scout year. These fundraisers help us keep the Pack dues low. Examples of these include Popcorn Sales and the annual Cake Auction. Watch for more information on these events at the Pack meetings. Each family in the Pack is expected to participate in these fundraisers or may choose to donate an additional $30 to cover costs (see Scout Registration and Dues).
Cub Credits
Each Cub Scout in Pack 71 will have the opportunity to earn Cub Credits and use them to pay for Scout related activities and supplies. Cub Credits can be earned by participating in designated Pack fundraisers, allowing each Scout to earn a percentage of sales. Cub Credits balances will be kept in the Pack’s account and have no cash value. These credits cannot be transferred if a the scout leaves the Pack. The Cub Credits can be used to pay for extra activities such as summer camp, family camping trips, scout shop purchases, or other scouting related activities.
